RENTAL
POLICY:

All inquiries and reservation requests made off this web site
will be promptly and personally answered by us.
- All
request are subject to a space/availability and can be made
by this web site, telephone, fax or e-mail of which we will
return confirmation within 24 hours

To reserve your date, an initial payment of $500.00 is required.
You will receive a written confirmation number and arrival information.
The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to
arrival date. Short
notice bookings less than 4 weeks out require payment in full.
- WE ACCEPT VISA , MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. You may also
pay via money orders, bank check, or personal check.

cancellations must be made in writing

made within 6 weeks of scheduled arrival 100% Refund
- Cancellations
made within 4 weeks of scheduled arrival Loss of Deposit

SECURITY
DEPOSIT:
A Credit card imprint or refundable cash deposit of US$ 300 will
be collected at the time of check-in to guarantee against breakage,
damage, excessive cleaning or loss of item(s) to the house. After
your departure, the home will be inspected within 10 days and
before any guest checks in. You will receive notice of any deduction
in case any damages are incurred at the time of your stay.
OTHERS:
- Arrival
time is after 4 pm, with departure no later than 10 am on the
morning after your last night. This is to allow our housekeepers
time to complete their assigned tasks for the next incoming
guest. Late departures may be requested and based on availability.
- Homes
are defined as a self-catering unit. It will be supplied with
a starter set of hand soap, toilet paper (1 full roll per bathroom)
and garbage bags. Other items such as paper towels, sponges,
dish/laundry detergent and other personal items are not provided

Heated pools have an extra charge at he request should be made
at the time of booking.
- Safety
regulations limit the maximum occupancy in a room to : 8 people
in three bedroom home, 10 people in four bedroom home, 12 people
in five bedroom home, 14 people in six bedroom home.
- All
homes are NON SMOKING. Tobacco smoke odor lingers in fabrics,
furniture, and carpeting long after the offender has left the
premises. If such an event occurs, the expense to have the home
professionally cleaned will be deducted from your security deposit.
- All
homes are clean upon guest arrival and as a courtesy to us and
future guests, please try to leave the home in a reasonable
state of cleanliness. Reasonable order suggests the following:
dishes placed in dishwasher, trash taken out and beds stripped
down. Please be sure to turn off all appliances and lights,
make sure windows and doors are locked and secure the home.
If home is not in reasonable order upon departure, an additional
charge will be billed to your credit card or deducted from your
security deposit. The home is professionally managed by with
a 24-hour on call emergency service if needed.
- Sorry,
even though we love them dearly, we also cannot accommodate
pets in our homes.
- There
are NO HOUSE PARTIES allowed in our homes. Florida Group Vacation
Homes is a family vacation rental company. Loud disturbances
that result in complaints being called in to the local police
by other guests are not tolerated here and will result in ejection
without refund. Please fully understand our position
and policy before you even inquire so that there will be no
misunderstandings later.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal items.
Parents must supervise their children at all times
and will be held totally responsible for any damage caused by
misbehavior in our homes. It is also the guest's responsibility
to ensure that all doors are locked and secure upon departure
and that unnecessary electrical appliances and lights are turned
off when not being used.
